Practical information about missions
For all participants, lodging and food is funded by the school
organization. You do not need to pay anything.
For your travel expenses:
- if you are an invited speaker, please contact Monique Clatot at DR20 of CNRS.
She will arrange for your train/plane/travel tickets. Do not buy your tickets
yourself.
- if you are a participant affiliated to CNRS, please contact your regional
delegation (DR) of CNRS. They will pay for your travel as part of your
"formation permanente".
- if you are a participant who is not affiliated to CNRS, your
laboratory/institute will have to pay for your travel expenses.
