Benjamin Charnay

I am a CNRS researcher at LESIA at Paris Observatory (Meudon, France). I am interested in understanding the planetary atmospheres and climates of exoplanets, Titan and the early Earth.

Short Vitae

• - Since October 2018, I am a CNRS researcher at LESIA at Paris Observatory (Meudon, France).
• - From July 2016 to September 2018, I was a postdoc at LESIA.
• - From April 2014 to June 2016, I was a postdoc at the Virtual Planetary Laboratory in the University of Washington (Seattle, USA).
• - In 2014, I completed the PhD degree from the University Pierre et Marie Curie in Planetary Science under the supervision of François Forget and Sébastien Lebonnois at Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique (Paris, France). I received the 2015 award for the best thesis from the Comité National Français de Géodésie et Géophysique.
• - In 2010, I obtained a MSc degree from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon and the University Pierre et Marie Curie in fundamental physics and atmospheric science.
