Proceedings
The absolute deadline for submitting your draft manuscript is SEPTEMBER
30.
The proceedings will be published by American institute of Physics (
http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/). The
printed book and its on-line version will have the Volume number in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series, ISSN and ISBN. The
manuscript will follow a review process with one single referee.
The length of the manuscript is six pages for an invited presentation and four pages for a contributed one. We have chosen
the 8.5 x 11 inch, double-column format for the book.
The doc and Latex templates can be downloaded directly from
http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/8x11d.jsp.
Note that for the MS Word Templates and Users Guide choose “A4 - 8.5 x 11 double-column”. The authors instructions can be
found at http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/authors.jsp#forms.
SUBMISSION:
We remind you that we will only accept manuscripts in PDF (Adobe) format.
We have set a ftp-website that you could use to upload your manuscripts.

FOR AUTHORS USING MS-WORD: IT IS IMPORTANT OF EMBEDDING FONTS
WHEN SAVING FROM WORD TO PDF ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS
GIVEN. If all fonts are not embedded in the PDF file, we can have pb to
read and print it locally, or they may drop out of
the file when printing, resulting in blank spaces, or strange symbols when
printed.
