Symposium fees
Reduced fees are granted for participants and accompanying persons who register till 1st May 2019. Registration form is accessible here. If you register a lecture, please send your abstract before 1st July 2019. For security reasons, no registration would be possible after 1st August 2019 and the number of attendees is limited to 80 persons.
The registration is now closed as we reach the maximum number of participants.

Registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception on Friday evening

The symposium fee should be paid to Club Eclipse bank account by bank transfer. Club Eclipse cannot accept credit card payment or Paypal.
Once you did the bank transfert, please send an email with your name to esop38.lesia@sympa.obspm.fr.
Volunteers
ESOP38 LOC/SOC is also looking for volunteers during the conference. Volunteers would help in the organization during half a day (welcome and guiding participants through the observatory). Around 8-10 participants are necessary. In exchange, conference will be free of charge for volunteers. If you are interested, please mention it in the registration form.

Fees for excursion (around 50EUR/day) will be annouced and detailed later. Fees will have to be paid separately from the conference.
Venue
The meeting will take place in Paris Observatory in the 14th district. The entry is at 77 avenue Denfert-Rochereau. Once in the observatory, the symposium will stand on the Cassini Room at the 1st floor of the Bâtiment Perrault (old building, indicated by 1 in the map below).

From the Orly airport
There are two possibilities: one economical (bus) the other fast and sure (OrlyVal train):
- Take the OrlyBus to Denfert-Rochereau
- Take the OrlyVal train, change at Antony for the RER B in the direction of Paris; stop off at Denfert-Rochereau
